Services

Kiganjani Co. provides website design, e-commerce development, and web application development services. Scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. Work typically begins upon receipt of a deposit, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. Kiganjani Co. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
